Cecil the Dragon of New York City

    Imagine yourself having just opened a shop.  You're all set up, opened, ready for your first customers.  But you're not expecting a dragon wearing a scarf to come strolling into your shop.  Thoroughly startled you hope it doesn't steal or burn anything.  
The silky dragon plucks a scarf off of a rack, notices you watching it, gives you a friendly (as friendly as a mouth full of sharp teeth can get) smile.  He introduced himself as Cecil, pays for the scarf plus a small donation to the shop, and leaves.
    What would you do?
